Specifically, Overflow unlocks unprecedented levels of generosity by empowering Nonprofits, Foundations, and Churches to accept non cash assets like stocks, ETFs, DAFs & crypto with ease. 90% of wealth is in non cash assets and orgs are still mainly fundraising for cash. Overflow is fixing that. Overflow did not stop with non cash giving though, and now boasts the most comprehensive giving solution in the industry including Low Fee ACH/Card, Stock, DAF, Wills, Crypto, Apple Pay, other digital wallet giving, and 'Roundups' all through one easy button integration. Everything consolidated and beautifully designed into one platform.
Overflow is not just a facilitator of generosity, but they lead with it. Each year, Overflow reserves 10% of their revenue - through Overflow's Foundation - that goes back into high impact organizations to model what generosity can look like.

Outside of Overflow, Vance invests and serves on various boards such as Hope Hangar (out of VIVE Church). His background is in tech from companies like Google.
Him & his wife, Kim, live in the Silicon Valley with their 4 children Lennox, Emerson, Tatum, & Wesleigh Dior.
